My name = NONO KUKUH SUDJANO, Username on PI= Nkukuh.

I have passed KYC and I have received notification from PI regarding receipt of PI Tokens on January 24 2024.

But I haven't found the "I ACCEPT" Button for me to CLICK, and can't enter the electronic signature into my Wallet.

Until March 8, 2024, I have not found my PI Token in Migration to Mainet.

 

Please help so that everything goes smoothly, and I can immediately get my PI Token Migrating to Mainet. Thank You.

I received a Notice of Acceptance of PI Tokens for Mainet, dated January 24, 2024.

But I only received the PI Token Acceptance Notification in my PI browser on February 20 2024.

 

It stated that I had to click the "I Accept" button at the bottom of the letter.

But until I made this confirmation letter, the "I Accept" button had not appeared, and the Notification letter from the PI had not yet appeared in my browser, even though I had noted it down and studied it completely.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO RECEIVE PI TOKENS

TO: NONO KUKUH SUDJANO (the "Recipient")

 

Receipt of PI tokens (the “Tokens”) by the Recipient is subject to the accuracy of the following representations and warranties, as well as the release.

 

Recipient hereby represents and warrants as follows:

 

Use of Tokens. Recipient is acquiring the Tokens for the exclusive purpose of using the Tokens for Recipient’s own account, not as a nominee or agent, and not with a view to resale, speculation, or investment, and Recipient has no present intention of selling, granting any participation in, or otherwise distributing the same and is not otherwise acting as an underwriter, dealer or other person participating in a distribution of Tokens. Recipient has no expectation of profits from acquiring the Tokens. Recipient understands that any liquidity for the Token or ability to resell the Token may be limited and that it should not be acquiring the Tokens with an expectation of reselling at a profit. Recipient understands that the Tokens are designed solely for its intended use on the Pi Network. The Tokens do not represent a right to any income stream, distribution, profit share, or other form of pecuniary reward or interest.

 

Prohibited Participants. Recipient is not (i) a citizen or resident of a geographic area in which use of cryptographic tokens is prohibited by applicable law, decree, regulation, treaty, or administrative act, (ii) a citizen or resident of, or located in, a geographic area that is subject to U.S. or other applicable sanctions or embargoes, (iii) an individual, or an individual employed by or associated with an entity, that is identified on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons or Entity List, the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals or Blocked Persons Lists, the U.S. Department of State’s Debarred Parties List or the sanctions lists adopted by the United Nations and the European Union to such extent such sanctions are extended by the UK Government to its Overseas Territories, as such lists may be amended from time to time. Pi Network may, in its sole discretion, reject or approve any Recipient and will, in its sole discretion, determine the jurisdictions where potential acquisitions may be made.

 

Restrictions on Transfer. The Tokens are not intended to be securities but there is substantial uncertainty as to the securities classification of digital assets at this time, and no offer, sale or distribution of the Tokens has been registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) or any other authority in any state or other country or jurisdiction. If the Tokens are deemed securities, they may be subject to restrictions on resale and other requirements. The Tokens may not be transferred other than in compliance with applicable law. The Recipient earned the Tokens solely through mining contributions and was not offered or sold the Tokens, directly or indirectly, by means of any form of general solicitation or general advertisement, including (i) any advertisement, article, notice or other communication published in any newspaper, magazine or similar medium or broadcast over television or radio or (ii) any seminar or other meeting whose attendees had been invited by general solicitation or general advertising.

Recipient Sophistication and Access to Information. Recipient has sufficient knowledge and understanding of cryptographic tokens, token storage mechanisms (such as token wallets), blockchain technology, and appropriate security protocols and financial and business matters to understand and appreciate the risks and implications of acquiring the Tokens. Recipient has obtained sufficient information about Pi Network and the Tokens to make an informed decision to acquire the Tokens.

 

Compliance with Law. Recipient’s receipt and any prospective usage, sale or transfer of the Tokens complies with the applicable law in Recipient’s jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, (i) legal capacity and any other threshold requirements in such jurisdiction for the receipt, usage, sale or transfer of the Tokens and entering into contracts with Company, (ii) any foreign exchange or regulatory restrictions applicable to such receipt, usage, sale or transfer and (iii) any governmental or other consents that may need to be obtained.

 

Tax. Recipient understands that Recipient bears sole responsibility for any taxes as a result of the matters and transactions pertaining to the Tokens, and any future acquisition, ownership, use, sale or other disposition of Tokens held by Recipient. Recipient will comply with any applicable tax obligations in its jurisdiction arising from Recipient’s acquisition or use of the Tokens. Recipient understands that Recipient should consult Recipient’s own tax advisor regarding implications of the treatment of the Tokens under applicable tax Law and is relying solely on Recipient’s own tax advisor with respect to the tax implications of the acquisition, ownership and disposition of the Tokens.

Release. Recipient, on behalf of itself and its successors, assigns and other legal representatives, hereby absolutely, unconditionally and irrevocably, releases and forever discharges Pi Community Company, SocialChain Inc. and the Pi Network (together, the “Company”) and each of its past, present and future affiliates, owners, members, directors, managers, officers, employees, consultants, representatives, and each of its and their successors, assigns and representatives (the “Releasees”), from any and all claims, demands, proceedings, actions, causes of action, suits, orders, obligations, contracts, agreements, executions, judgments, duties, debts and liabilities whatsoever, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, both at law and in equity, which Recipient now has, has ever had, or may hereafter have, against the Releasees arising from or related to the Tokens, including the Company’s provision thereof to Recipient.

Penerimaan token PI (“Token”) oleh Penerima tunduk pada keakuratan pernyataan dan jaminan berikut, serta pelepasannya.

 

Penerima dengan ini menyatakan dan menjamin sebagai berikut:

 

Penggunaan Token. Penerima memperoleh Token untuk tujuan eksklusif menggunakan Token untuk akun Penerima sendiri, bukan sebagai nominee atau agen, dan tidak dengan tujuan untuk dijual kembali, spekulasi, atau investasi, dan Penerima tidak memiliki niat untuk menjual, memberikan partisipasi apa pun. dalam, atau mendistribusikannya dan tidak bertindak sebagai penjamin emisi, dealer atau orang lain yang berpartisipasi dalam distribusi Token. Penerima tidak mengharapkan keuntungan dari perolehan Token. Penerima memahami bahwa likuiditas Token atau kemampuan untuk menjual kembali Token mungkin terbatas dan Penerima tidak boleh memperoleh Token dengan harapan dapat dijual kembali untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Penerima bukan (i) warga negara atau penduduk suatu wilayah geografis di mana penggunaan token kriptografi dilarang oleh hukum, keputusan, peraturan, perjanjian, atau tindakan administratif yang berlaku, (ii) warga negara atau penduduk, atau berlokasi di, suatu negara. wilayah geografis yang terkena sanksi atau embargo A.S. atau lainnya yang berlaku, (iii) individu, atau individu yang dipekerjakan oleh atau terkait dengan suatu entitas, yang diidentifikasi dalam Daftar Orang atau Entitas yang Ditolak Departemen Perdagangan A.S., Daftar Orang atau Entitas yang Ditolak Departemen Perdagangan A.S. Daftar Warga Negara yang Ditunjuk Secara Khusus atau Orang yang Diblokir Departemen Keuangan, Daftar Pihak yang Dilarang oleh Departemen Luar Negeri AS atau daftar sanksi yang diadopsi oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa dan Uni Eropa sedemikian rupa sehingga sanksi tersebut diperluas oleh Pemerintah Inggris ke Wilayah Luar Negerinya, sebagaimana daftar tersebut mungkin diubah dari waktu ke waktu. Pi Network dapat, berdasarkan kebijakannya sendiri, menolak atau menyetujui Penerima mana pun dan, berdasarkan kebijakannya sendiri, akan menentukan yurisdiksi di mana potensi akuisisi dapat dilakukan.

 

 

Pembatasan Transfer. Token tidak dimaksudkan sebagai sekuritas tetapi ada ketidakpastian besar mengenai klasifikasi sekuritas aset digital saat ini, dan tidak ada penawaran, penjualan, atau distribusi Token yang terdaftar di Komisi Sekuritas dan Bursa Amerika Serikat (“SEC” ) atau otoritas lain di negara bagian atau negara atau yurisdiksi lain mana pun. Jika Token dianggap sebagai sekuritas, Token tersebut mungkin dikenakan pembatasan penjualan kembali dan persyaratan lainnya. Token tidak boleh ditransfer selain sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku. Kecanggihan Penerima dan Akses Informasi. Penerima memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang memadai tentang token kriptografi, mekanisme penyimpanan token (seperti dompet token), teknologi blockchain, dan protokol keamanan yang sesuai serta masalah keuangan dan bisnis untuk memahami dan menghargai risiko dan implikasi perolehan Token. Penerima telah memperoleh informasi yang cukup tentang Jaringan Pi dan Token untuk membuat keputusan yang tepat untuk memperoleh Token.

 

Kepatuhan terhadap Hukum. Penerimaan Penerima dan segala kemungkinan penggunaan, penjualan atau pengalihan Token mematuhi hukum yang berlaku di yurisdiksi Penerima, termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada, (i) kapasitas hukum dan persyaratan ambang batas lainnya di yurisdiksi tersebut untuk penerimaan, penggunaan, penjualan atau pengalihan Token dan mengadakan kontrak dengan Perusahaan, (ii) segala pembatasan mata uang asing atau peraturan yang berlaku terhadap penerimaan, penggunaan, penjualan atau pengalihan tersebut dan (iii) persetujuan pemerintah atau persetujuan lainnya yang mungkin perlu diperoleh.

 

 

Pajak. Penerima memahami bahwa Penerima sepenuhnya bertanggung jawab atas pajak apa pun yang diakibatkan oleh hal-hal dan transaksi yang berkaitan dengan Token, dan setiap akuisisi, kepemilikan, penggunaan, penjualan, atau disposisi lain atas Token yang dipegang oleh Penerima di masa mendatang. Penerima akan mematuhi segala kewajiban perpajakan yang berlaku di yurisdiksinya yang timbul dari perolehan atau penggunaan Token oleh Penerima. Penerima memahami bahwa Penerima harus berkonsultasi dengan penasihat pajak Penerima mengenai implikasi perlakuan terhadap Token berdasarkan Undang-undang perpajakan yang berlaku dan hanya mengandalkan penasihat pajak Penerima sehubungan dengan implikasi pajak atas perolehan, kepemilikan, dan disposisi Token.

Melepaskan. Penerima, atas nama dirinya sendiri dan penerusnya, penerima hak dan perwakilan hukum lainnya, dengan ini secara mutlak, tanpa syarat dan tidak dapat ditarik kembali, melepaskan dan selamanya melepaskan Perusahaan Komunitas Pi, SocialChain Inc. dan Jaringan Pi (bersama-sama disebut “Perusahaan”) dan masing-masing perusahaannya. afiliasi, pemilik, anggota, direktur, manajer, pejabat, pegawai, karyawan, konsultan, perwakilan di masa lalu, saat ini, dan di masa depan, serta masing-masing penerus, penerima hak, dan perwakilannya (“Pelepas”), dari setiap dan seluruh klaim, tuntutan, proses hukum , tindakan, penyebab tindakan, gugatan, perintah, kewajiban, kontrak, perjanjian, eksekusi, keputusan, tugas, hutang dan tanggung jawab apapun, baik diketahui atau tidak, diduga atau tidak diduga, baik secara hukum maupun dalam ekuitas, yang sekarang dimiliki oleh Penerima, telah pernah, atau mungkin selanjutnya, terhadap Pihak yang Melepaskan yang timbul dari atau terkait dengan Token, termasuk penyediaannya oleh Perusahaan kepada Penerima.

 

DENGAN MENGKLIK TOMBOL “SAYA SETUJU” DI BAWAH ANDA (A) MENGAKUI BAHWA ANDA TELAH MEMBACA DAN MEMAHAMI PERNYATAAN INI; (B) MENYATAKAN DAN MENJAMIN BAHWA ANDA MEMILIKI HAK, KEKUATAN, DAN WEWENANG UNTUK MENERIMA PENGAKUAN INI; DAN (C) MENERIMA PENGAKUAN INI DAN SETUJU BAHWA ANDA TERIKAT SECARA HUKUM OLEH KETENTUANNYA.
